Why I'm declining

The site described in this brief exists to sell CVV data, fullz, and dumps. Those are records taken from real payment cards and real people, and content written to pull search traffic toward that store would help move stolen financial data. I won't produce that, in any format.

What I can help with instead

• Consumer education on what a CVV is, why it exists, and how cardholders can protect it.
• Merchant-side content on CVV verification rules, PCI DSS scope, and reducing card-not-present fraud.
• Explainer content on payment security, tokenization, and 3-D Secure from a defensive angle.
