Short answer
There is no public "latest Joker C2 URL." Joker C2 is a malware control panel. Copies circulate on closed forums and Telegram channels. The address changes when a host goes down or a seizure hits. Pages that promise a current link sell access, sell malware, or run a scam.
What Joker C2 is
Joker C2 is an admin panel for the Joker Android trojan family. Researchers track the family since 2017. The panel gives an operator a web console: bot list, SMS intercept, USSD commands, module upload. The source code leaked and resold many times. "Joker C2" now covers several rebuilds with different hosts and different logins.
Why no stable URL exists
- Hosting moves after abuse reports. A phishing host often lives for days, not months.
- Panels sit behind a login. A bare address shows a blank page or a 404 without a key.
- Sellers issue a separate domain per buyer to trace leaks.
- Police seizures remove panels with no notice.
Search results are a lure
Queries for a "latest" panel link return fake login pages, cracked archives with stealers, and paid "access" offers. The page asks for a crypto payment or a Telegram contact. Files in those archives run code on the machine that opens them. A stolen card file offered as proof of access is a sample, not a product.
Legal status
Selling, buying, or running a C2 panel for fraud is a crime in the US under 18 U.S.C. § 1030 and § 1028, and under EU Directive 2013/40/EU. Access alone can be charged. Card data traded through such panels is stolen property, and possession carries separate counts in most US states.
If you find a link
Do not open it. Send the address and a timestamp to the hosting provider abuse desk, or file a report with IC3. Keep a screenshot. Do not run the archive to "check" it.
