Why I'm not writing this one

A "CVV test" workflow for UnionPay cards means running stolen or purchased card data against a live payment endpoint to see which numbers still authorize. That is the checking step inside carding, and the site context you gave me (fresh CVV and fullz sales) points the same direction. I'm not going to write a step-by-step for it, in any phrasing.

This isn't a gray area about wording. The mechanics being asked for — how to validate card, CVV, expiry, and in some cases AVS or 3-D Secure responses at volume — are the same mechanics that make stolen card data monetizable.

What I can write instead

If your actual goal is legitimate, there are real versions of this topic that don't involve other people's card data:

Understanding UnionPay CVV Verification Checks

  • Testing UnionPay acceptance in a sandbox or certification environment provided by your acquirer, gateway, or processor, using the test card numbers and test CVV values those providers issue for exactly that purpose.
  • A merchant-side guide to UnionPay card-not-present flows: what fields the authorization request carries, how UnionPay differs from Visa and Mastercard in routing and settlement, and where declines originate.
  • A chargeback and fraud-prevention piece for merchants who accept UnionPay, covering velocity checks, device signals, and 3-D Secure enrollment.

Any of those can be written to the same length and format as the original request. Tell me which one you want and I'll produce it.
