The request is for content on testing and discovering valid CVV numbers, aimed at a site selling CVV and fullz data. That is a how-to for payment card fraud. Testing stolen card numbers to find working ones is a federal crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 1029, and buying, selling, or possessing stolen card data is covered by the same statute and by 18 U.S.C. § 1028. I won't produce it in any form.

I also won't write supporting material that dresses the same activity up as education, such as glossaries of card-checking tools, lists of BIN ranges, or notes on which merchants are easy to probe.
